Using encryption + length padding of packets + http headers to emulate standard web surfing effectively solved the problem AS I TESTED WITH A BLOCKING ISP.
Now Azureus and utorrent developers have added handshaking and data encryption to their torrent clients. The only thing i could suggest is change ISP, but it is not easy as u have to stay months wirhout DSL until they change carrier. ISP here in Italy started buying Cisco routers with packets analyzers and traffic shaping with pattern recognition (up to 2 Gbit/s) like this that effectively stop emule and bit torrent killing connections.Ībout 30% of italian eMule users use a provider with this eMule and torrent block and i have thousands of them complaining in #emule-italian channel. Now matter how many times i tried asking developers it seems encryption will not be implemented in emule.
